Fitness & Performance

Optimize your physical health with precise and personalized support.

My personalized program uses a root-cause approach to sports performance and overall fitness, going beyond generic advice to tailor strategies for each person's unique needs and health markers.

Through detailed health assessments and by pinpointing underlying physiological imbalances, athletes and fitness enthusiasts can achieve peak performance, accelerate recovery, and reduce the risk of burnout and injury.

Some major areas covered in my program:

Personalized nutrition and supplementation: Assessing nutrition's macronutrients, micronutrients and amino acid levels can alert for specific deficiencies that may hinder performance, energy production, or recovery. Targeted supplement plans are then developed to correct these imbalances.

Metabolic efficiency: Macronutrient ratios (carbs, fats, and protein) are tailored to each athlete's unique metabolic profile and the specific demands of their sport, ensuring optimal fuel for training and competition.

Gut health optimization: Addressing imbalances that can compromise immunity, nutrient absorption, and mental health—all of which impact athletic performance.

Inflammation reduction: Tackling underlying causes and preventing systemic inflammation to promote faster recovery and improved energy.

Stress management: Intense training can elevate cortisol levels, leading to fatigue, overtraining, and compromised recovery.

Recovery and rest: Enhancing rest and digest states to support the parasympathetic nervous system and maximize recovery.

Injury prevention: Identifying root causes such as chronic inflammation or nutritional deficiencies allows for proactive prevention of injuries.

I have been working with Anna for over 2 years now. I can’t live without her! She plans the meals according to my goals and lifestyle. They are clear, easy to follow, the recipes are delicious and there are plenty of options so I don’t get bored eating the same thing over and over. I do road bike and long distance run races and my performance and energy levels got much better after I started seeing her. I’m in my late 40’s and feeling great and healthy, couldn’t be happier!

I was struggling with a lack of energy and was diagnosed with thyroid problems. My coach referred me to Anna who worked with me for over 1 year. With her help, I finished the Boston Marathon with my best time ever. I feel better now, after age fifty, than I felt in my twenties!

review
I have been a healthy, active, and fit person my entire life. But when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at the early start of menopause I felt lost, concerned and stressed. The best thing that happened to me as a result of joining this program was learning how nutrition, exercise, and mental health work together for a healthier body. I learned details about macro and micronutrients; how weight is not the most valuable information for a healthy body, but there are so many other markers to pay attention to. Also about the important connections of our body's needs in regards to vitamins and supplements; the matter of a well-balanced meal; and more. I believe in equilibrium for our body and I understood how exercises with proper nutrition can facilitate a strong body. I reinforced the truth that our mind commands our body; therefore, a healthy mindset and tangible goals are extremely important for our wellbeing. It was a very rewarding experience and I felt confident in incorporating life habits for good.
