I have been a healthy, active, and fit person my entire life. But when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at the early start of menopause I felt lost, concerned and stressed.The best thing that happened to me as a result of joining this program was learning how nutrition, exercise, and mental health work together for a healthier body.
