Total Health 1-1 Coaching

The 1-1 Total Health Coaching program integrates all the components of the Fearless Femme Method.

If you're struggling to lose weight or keep a consistent exercise routine and can't seem to find the motivation or mindset to do it, or if you're struggling to navigate through the menopause transition and want to incorporate a healthy lifestyle to be able to improve your quality of life... this is the program for you.

We will start with a detailed assessment to determine your goals and needs prior to meeting every week for 12 weeks to discuss plans of action, progress, barriers, and find solutions together. You will have access to unlimited support and various tools and resources from the Fearless Femme Program - workbooks, planners, videos, apps, meal plans, workout programs, and most importantly:

You will develop skills and autonomy so you transform yourself from the inside out during this process.
