My one-on-one coaching program integrates all the Fearless Femme  components and it requires serious commitment from both of us.

We will start with a detailed assessment to determine your goals and needs prior to meeting every week for 12 weeks to discuss plans of action, progress, barriers, and find solutions together. You will have access to unlimited support and various tools and resources from the Fearless Femme program - workbooks, planners, videos, apps, meal plans, workout programs and so much more.

I'll walk you through the details of the program during a scheduled introduction video call.
